Rental Refurbishment

Project overview

After a little prompting from his daughter, who is also in the industry, Peter Taylor (a property manager) took on a project that would daunt almost all of us: The full refurbishment of a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchen, 2 laundry, home. (The stuff that reality makeover TV is made of!)

Peter says they already had enough experience to know what they wanted. “We were just looking for the right materials. And we wanted the interior to look really nice.”

Their choice was a popular, very modern, weathered-looking, KR Flooring Ash Plank wide sheet vinyl.
